Meditating With Mars

On Thursday 9/17, a week after Mars took on his apparent Retrograde "motion", we will check in & share virtual space while meditating on the many themes & lessons of the red planet. I’ll be incorporating different practices of breathwork, candle magick, journaling, guided shadow work, and more in this & future Mars gatherings. These are intended to be safe, grounding, replenishing circles. An opportunity to wind down & reconnect with what you have going on within.
