Move & Create : October

As you can imagine, this is a group session where we will move & create together !

Movement is a broad term I’ve chosen to utilize, because our methods will shift depending on the intentions of each class. You can expect accessible yoga asana, tai chi, and things of a simple fluid nature. When it comes to movement in general, I am very focused on anatomical safety, and will always offer various options.

For the 'create' portion of the session… this is never dictated by me! You can choose to paint, write poetry, journal, continue to move, play an instrument; really whatever calls to you in the moment. I believe that movement is an invigorating & beautiful way to invoke the creative spirit within, so we will transition seamlessly, following our breath, and making our way to our medium of choice.

This session will be held on specific Sundays (the day of the Sun, so that we may energize the spirit) when the Moon is waxing (to build energy), and will run for approximately one hour & thirty minutes.
