If you are looking for spiritual support & inspiration, this session is for you! However, if you are looking for “answers” to specific questions, or any kind of future prediction, I feel it’s important to state that this is never the goal of my Intuitive Energy Readings! (Additionally, readings should never be viewed as a replacement for therapy or medical advice.) The first part of our session is dedicated to grounding the mind & body to gain clarity of intention. I will guide you through a brief breathwork practice, and once the nervous system has had an opportunity to "rest & digest", the reading will begin. We will seek guidance through cartomancy & archetypal astrology, looking to various decks as well as the current positions of the planets to reveal new layers of insight.
