Journey to the sky of your birth ! In this session, we will go back in time to the day you were born, observing the first sunset & sunrise of your life. This 'natal sky' offers inspiration & insight that we will apply to the current moment. This session combines backyard astronomy practices, archetypal astrology musings, and at its core, is an invitation to access practical moments of mindfulness while cultivating a relationship with the cosmos.
