Stations Of The Sun: December Solstice & March Equinox Midpoint

Join us as we celebrate the Sun !

These celebrations are meant to be restorative & supportive. We will tune in to the astronomy of this Solar Station, during which Gemini will unveil some of the sacred stories of the moment. Alyssa will then guide a practice of pranayama & meditation inspired by these mysteries & cosmic truths. In closing, we will light our candles together to honor the Sun & anything else in our life that deserves our well wishes.
